  This store is the best store we’ve ever found for cards. The community is such a breath of fresh air, especially in recent years when it comes to pokemon. We have a 6 yr old who’s gotten into the games and cards like we have and everyone has been so welcoming. It’s also refreshing to find cards we can all open together as a family, since they don’t support scalpers. We’ve been back 3 times and it’s always been great, we’ll definitely be regulars from now on!

  Called ahead of time to make sure they are able to sell/trade in cards to and they are! Came in the next morning with 3 binders (over 600 cards) and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They went through every binder, every card, and gave me a great trade in deal! There were times when they were looking through my cards and the shop got super busy, and even with the shop super busy they were nothing but kind and thorough through the whole process. They even helped me trade in a bunch of slabs as well, and the whole process took just under 3 hours, with a hectic shopping environment makin

  Unbound is one of my all time favorite local game stores in the Colorado Springs area! The staff is knowledgeable in both Pokemon and Magic the gathering (which I would say is the cooler tcg of the two) the owner is such a nice guy, usually offering cards to kids from his kid box! If you guys want a store that is knowledgeable, honest, and kind I would choose no other place than unbound! Ps they do Friday night commander at 6 pm most Fridays for all you fellow magic nerds 🤣

  I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants people who actually know about the product they are selling. Super friendly staff, good prices, and a welcoming environment. I would suggest ignoring the low ratings for them, people want cards to be free but it doesn't work like that. Keep up the great work over there, guys!

  I visited Unbound Games yesterday for the first time and was met with quality service from the staff and knocked out most of a pretty lofty pokemon list of cards I needed for my collection. I made the 1 hour 15 min trip from Denver to see the shop in person. It was worth it. Right away it was clean, comfortably sized, and accommodating. I traveled with my 2 year old son and both Robert and James of Unbound Games were inviting, knowledgeable, and generally easy to work with. I made a transparent and fair trade that left me with a pretty good chunk of store credit to use on the reasonably priced

  I called ahead of time to make sure they had what I wanted. I asked multiple times to confirm as I would be driving from Aurora. I was assured that they put eyes on it and had 5 in stock. I made the long drive and was greeted with a stand off energy. I brushed it off and asked to see what I came to buy. ONE item was shown to me and its sealed plastic was torn! Not only that but they wanted to charge me over market for it. I purposely didn't go to a card show because I was assured there was 5, thinking I could inspect and have my choice.
