  Went in for magic the gathering cards. This was not the first card shop we've been too. Gonna give an honest review here. Shop is cool, absolutely full. There's plently of different card hobbies to look at. The workers, however, is the sole reason we wont come back. Was literally trying to buy an introductory deck and the worker was just rude. He refused to even talk to us, and said oh I cant help you. Picking an easy deck is impossible then weirdly compared it to seling cars. Again just overall weird tone and rude attitude.

  I don’t ever write Google reviews unless very pleasantly surprised. However, my past two interactions at this place within the last six months have made me realize why I give my business to Unbound Games, The Shopee, Pengus, and really anywhere else that sells the same product. I literally leave these places happy and in a good mood every time I go in. At Dalez, I am never greeted when I walk in, got treated like I was wasting their time when I was inquiring about what cards they are interested in at the moment, and they got mad at me from grabbing more than 3 of one item (which limits are com

  Wide range of products, but I'm always there for TCG cards. The singles can be a little high but not always, i have both gotten good deals and overpaid on occasion for their current market value. Thing is they price them and then they go in the case- they dont check price on TCG before every sale so if the value has dropped (or raised) it changes how good a deal you are getting. I usually opt to buy local because i like supporting a local store and sometimes with shipping it ends up close enough anyway that im not really that worried about a dollar or two difference.   I come here extremely often, and have given hundreds of dollars to this business. I cannot, in good conscious, give them any more than two stars solely because of the attitude of every single staff member, and multiple snippy, aggressive, and rude comments I have gotten just for being happy to start a hobby I enjoy. Who I considered to be the nicest staff member there absolutely shattered my sense of joy in going to their store semi-recently, and it has bothered me so much that it is the sole reason I figured to write this review.   These guys have been around for decades. I remember coming here as a kid to buy pokemon/yugioh cards, and magic cards into my teens and twenties. The staff hasn't changed at all. Kind of blew my mind to see them again after a decade. They're nice guys, but not always the most patient. The prices are not based solely off of market. Which could be bad or good depending on if the market is up or down. I've been able to snag cards slightly under market, but I've also paid slightly over market.

  Absolutely HORRID experience. Went in and saw some packs. Asked how many packs were left in the box. Was given attitude and told there is a limit. I then explained that I knew about the posted limit, but wanted to know how many packs were left so I could gauge my chances of getting a good card. He then very rudely told me off, just for asking. Owners are mean and disrespectful. Would never ever go here again Edit to owners reply: That’s a lie. I asked about how many were left and you gave attitude and said “there is a limit”.   Ignore the negative reviews, this place is amazing and the employees are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. I come here often with my friends to pick up magic cards and 9 times out of 10 they have what I’m looking for. They have a wide variety of Pokémon, Yugioh, Magic, and sports cards all from vintage to modern. I could spend hours in this shop ahah. Highly recommend!
