  Have bought from them in the past and have been to events there. but recently they advertised a product on their website as one price, but when i purchased in the store, i was charged more. After i questioned this and showed them the price they advertised ( the rep who literally did not know anything) they just shrugged it off and saying well maybe they havent update the site, I asked to to call the "owner" and he advise her that well. if you buy it online we charge shipping so its essentially the same. no offer to make it right or even refund me ( only exchange

  I’m a little confused I ordered a West Virginia cap almost a month ago. I went to sports Fanz at Teays Valley and the guy’s that were working there said I should receive it in a couple weeks after waiting almost a month already. The guy also said that the cap would be coming from Barboursville store. So I called the store in Barboursville and he said I would have to call on the weekdays and talk with the guys that take the orders on line. This is kinda sad because I always try to buy from small businesses but this is bad business. I’m sure of one thing they have already been paid for the order

  Some of the stuff is a bit overpriced, but I like the service, they’re very respectful and knowledgeable. Great selection of sealed sports cards and sports card slabs. They have everything sports. Great place, would definitely recommend!

  HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND, not "Great" as their 5* "customer" reviews state. Bad service, No returns, just find your sports merch online cause itll be cheaper and a better variety. Service was always bad when we entered usually with this grumpy old guy. Most importantly itll be refundable incase of size, change of mind, or a flaw with the merch. They dont have a fitting rooms for anything either so if it doesnt fit your sol. Whenever we visit stores and leave one stars we base it off three visits jus to weedout wrkers bad days and based off bad service and then the fittingroom and no returns, the
