  People were really nice AND honest. We drove from Charleston to check it out. Will be making many more trips in the future.   I have been here once or twice before in previous years, and received good service and not noticed any damage on cards. However, when I visited today it was extremely difficult to get the attention of the people working. Additionally, cards were poorly sorted, including the mixture of English and Japanese sets. I had an extremely hard time finding what I was looking for, so I only took home about 10 cards, but almost every one had damages on them and was sold to me at market price. The owners are genuine people and collectors themselves and you can tell they truly care about their customers! They have a live stream also on TikTok that is a lot of fun to hang out in!   I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this Pokémon store was just awful. First of all, the customer service was practically nonexistent. I asked a simple question about a card set, and the staff seemed annoyed I even spoke to them. No one offered to help, and when I finally got someone’s attention, they gave me incorrect information and walked away mid-conversation. The store was also a mess—products were disorganized, some of the merchandise looked like it had been opened or handled way too much, and the shelves were dusty.   When I started back up on my Pokémon Card collecting journey a few months ago, I found this store on google maps. I got to meet so many nice people, both the employees and the guests. I was able to get some Prismatic Evolution boxes to hold my cards in, a binder from Prismatic Evolutions, and sleeves. They have a decent selection of Pokemon merch and a small amount of Magic. This shop is very chill and welcoming on both the inside and outside. They even do Tiktok streams to sell cards, packs, and sealed items. I love it there. I'll be sure to visit there when I have more money and more time.
