  This is, without exaggeration in my personal experience, one of the most spectacular displays of professional apathy I’ve ever witnessed inside a retail establishment. Rainbow Comics would like you to believe they are a knowledgeable specialty shop. What they actually offer is a fascinating experiment in how little effort can be applied to a job before it becomes indistinguishable from neglect.   Went in not expecting much but they had everything I wanted to buy. Was even willing to pay a little more to “shop local” but apparently you can’t buy a whole box of magic cards. Wasn’t wanting to haggle or anything. Just wanted a box of cards and they lost out on almost $300 and any future business I would have given them. There was no sign stating that there was a limit on how many packs of something you could buy. I patiently waited my turn while she sat and flirted with the guy before me for like 10 minutes and wanted to purchase my items. Guess I’ll take my business to the internet or hob

  My experience: walked in never had been there before . Was kindly greeted by a wonderful employee. Showed me around, helped me with any questions I had, and let me flip through her binder of pokemon cards and Invited me to their next day event. Very beautiful store with all sorts of nice products.
