  I have to give Hobby Town Lincoln NE a shout out for incredible customer service. Aiden at the RC Desk was incredibly helpful and went way beyond. I bought a car online, not even through Hobby Town. It was defective and the online store told me to take my new purchase to a local hobby store. Aiden was able to confirm that the unit had issues and needed warranty repair. He even offered to assist me with the process even though I hadn't bought anything from him. For his time, I bought another RC car which incidentally is working much better than the one I bought online from a competitor. I hi

  May 28th, 2023 I have found Santa's Workshop! So if you've ever been to a Hobby Town then I'm telling you this is the BEST one! One stop shop for every and I mean every occasion. I could spend hours here. I am inspired to take up many hobbies just browsing, then there are nostalgia items as well. Literally something for all ages, not just a children's store nope. While I was there I noticed a Pokemon tournament going on in the back. I spoke to the manager who was extremely knowledgeable & friendly, kind enough to answer my many questions.   Honestly kind of disappointed in Friday Night Magic recently. Obviously, it's great to see familiar faces and play games, but recently the fun community building parts of magic has stopped. There is no more meeting at the end to congratulate winners, no more of the staff knowing who is playing and who isnt. Tonight, my friend got dropped from the game because they didnt finish their game right at the time. No one read out that the time finished and we were going to turns, it was just over. Anyway, all in all it was disappointing and unsatisfying. I guess gone are the days of Friday nights fee

  Staff are always friendly and serve customers in a timely manner. If they are busy it may take a moment before they can assist you, but that's simply how the service industry is. It's a little more pricey than your local game store, but that can be balanced by their convenience.
