I had a terrible experience with this seller at the East Bay Card Show. I purchased a Black Bolt/White Flare Pokémon box from one of their booths — they actually had two separate booths across from each other. The owner, Yen Tran, had his wife running the booth I was buying from. When I tried to scan their PayPal QR code, it wouldn’t work. Hit or miss. I went to the store because someone reached out to me on Facebook that I would get 75% cash or 80% store credit. I brought in a Vintage low population very rare Pokémon box worth about $1400 and TCG player last sale was $1400. However, they were using Inaccurate data and put the box about $850-$1000 and after 80% store credit that would only be $680 on the low end, which is most likely what they offer would be or somewhere in the middle considering the rarity. If the last sale was $1400 and the only one that is listed online is $1500, getting $680-$750 is not fair to the patron. W

Its hit or miss, ive had great experiences in here and horrible ones. The blonde guy with the scraggly beard caused the majority of the latter. If you see him, come back when the actual employees are at the store.
