  Hands down the best TCG shop in the area! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, the staff actually knows their stuff and plays most of the TCG's they sell . The play area is clean and spacious, and their tournament organization is top-notch. It’s rare to find a place that feels this much like a community. Highly recommend for players of all levels!

  I find this place VERY cool. HUGE selection of games from a wide array of different consoles, from old-school to new. The staff I've been helped by have always been kind and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very clean and safe. Everything is very well organized. They have something for everyone from what I've seen --- expensive stuff to very affordable for people looking for game stuff. And they have a wide selection from common stuff to games you don't see often and what's especially exciting for me is seeing games I've never heard of.   We absolutely love Utopia Games and Collectibles! They have so much at this store - from trading cards to video games to other collectibles - there’s something for everyone here! Customer service is on point. The kids feel very comfortable talking with the staff and asking for help when choosing Pokémon cards. They have a great selection of cards — sometimes it’s hard to pick which ones to buy! The kids love looking through the glass cases to see what new Pokémon single cards are available to purchase. If you are new to Pokémon, staff are very knowledgeable and happy to answer your questions.

  I usualy love this place, and almost always go here for my TCG products. But adding $1.99 shipping PER card when purchasing singles because its "What you would pay if you got it online" is crazy. Im not buying it online im in the store. But if I did buy it online, most sellers give free shipping on orders over $5. But I guess thats not the benefit you get at the store. Since I was told "its up to you man you dont have to buy it" I wont. I guess I will buy the same exact order online and get charged almost a 3rd the price since im getting charged more in shipping than the price of the card to g

  (Edited) I feel I was taken advantage of. Please jump to the end. I brought in a mtg, full art, foil, Polluted Delta for store credit to get my son some Christmas gifts. I know 70% of value for store credit but I only got 170usd total credit (base value 300usd on line. 70% of 300 is 210). I should have haggled, but still.   So this is the third time I have gone into this store. The first time was about a year ago and the girl I spoke with was very helpful bought some psp games and went on my way. 2nd time was early this year. Asked for help getting an item no one came to help. Staff just sitting around sorting cards and talking about their pokemon collections and no general care about customers. Flash forward to this last weekend. I went in looking for a cable for my old systems and was able to locate one on the rack, these items are all zip tied to the shelf's to prevent theft "I guess" and notes are placed arou
