  I'll try to be as objective as I can be on this review. I came across a post advertising this place and I thought I'd check it out as I finish work at 530 and didn't have any plans. I get there at 6:30. Place is already full(See picture) but sign-ups for the "burst protocol event" hadn't started yet. I get that the place isn't quite fully up and running( official open is feb 14 from what the employee said), and that they are still figuring things out, but it really was poorly ran and not thought out. Only 1 point of sale for entry. Lined formed and took forever to everyone signed up. After p

  I've been through here several times now to play tcg's and my sentiments on this place are pretty mid. The positives: the store is impressive and the amount of space they have for games is absurd considering this is right next to Time Square. Their selection is decent considering how many different games they are catering to. The negatives: the vibes here are off. Unlike every other lgs I visit, this place doesn't feel cozy or inviting or fun. It feels stressful. Visiting this place feels like visiting the doctor or the mechanic.   This is the coolest spot! My husband and I found this place looking for Pokémon cards, and it just so happens the voice actor of “Nurse Joy” was there doing autographs! Iykyk. Everyone was so nice and it was awesome being able to look over Times Square while doing some pulls. Will be back next time we’re in the city! 🌃

  A must-visit card and gaming shop if you're visiting or traveling to New York City. When you reach the second floor, you'll see the retailer part where they sell Marvel, Pops, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, Dragon Ball, etc. That's not all. They have another huge area where they host events and free play is set up for you to sit, kick back and relax. Definitely a cool spot to go to if you haven't visited it yet.
