  This is hands down the cleanest, easiest to look through comics (other similar items), easy to order weekly comics, and the nicest guys in Toledo for this medium. I do go to the others if I can't find a sepcifc comic but they will work with you if they can order it still. These guys know there stuff and since the fire, they are making their shop better than before. I always go here first before going to the others.

  Monarch is the best comic book store in Toledo and one of the best comic shops period. I have been a regular for almost 20 years. You won’t find two guys who are more helpful and kind than Ed and Brian. Great place, great dudes. No matter where you are in your comic collecting journey this is the place to go!

  A great comic book store! My husband remembered them from their prior location. We were happy to stumble across them and take a look inside. There's a great selection of comic books, graphic novels, some Funko pops and other collectable items, and I even snagged a fun t-shirt. They are incredibly helpful with any questions you may have.

  Ed seems like a good guy and the store has all the right comic book vibes. There’s possibly one of the best collection of trades in this shop that I’ve seen in a long time. He’s got a designated area for kid friendly comics as well. The comic racks are well maintained too. It seems like there’s a good Community around this shop as well.

  We love it here. They're incredibly knowledgeable and are great at keeping your subscription nice and organized for a quick pickup. Great selection of everything modern comic and pop culture, sci-fi, etc and a more than modest library of classics as well. Good prices and great staff.
