  Going to a local game shop should never make you feel like you are being taken advantage of. MinMax is definitely taking advantage of their customers. They are price gouging some items for more than 2 times MSRP. You walk in and feel more like a number and $$$ to them, not a gamer, human being. Make sure and find out msrp before buying as this store cant be trusted.

  This place is great, got some cases of FaB from a rare drop on their website for an awesome price. It was mailed quickly and securely with no hassle. Plus I pulled a Heart of Fyendal from the WtR case which was pretty gross luck for my first time buying FaB cases. Thanks for the awesome cards and all you do for the community!

  Best Card game shop for Magic the Gathering. The prices here are fair when a new set goes up for preorder but you better be quick. The indoor space is not ideal to play in as it is crammed and lacks proper ventilation(but you already know this communities deodorant issue, right 😏).

  I had ordered 1 of the collector editions of the final fantasy precons. A few days later i see my order was cancelled and refunded. They had told me that my purchase was flagged to be a risk and that i understood, but i was not given any notice to refute it. When i reached out to inform that was not the case and that i would be more than willing to comply to prove that i was not trying to scam them. They instead of trying to hear me out or understand my perspective they block my number and flat out refuse to try to understand my side of the story. I had called from another number to ask again

  I order almost all of my Pokémon cards off of their website!! Always fair market prices with a great selection (cheaper than the pokemon center usually) and amazing customer service!! I once had an item that was out of stock and they immediately refunded me and sent a free gift as well! They’re the best, I highly recommend them if you collect cards especially Pokémon! (Also gotten amazing pulls out of their Kanto Power Box evolutions XY)

  MinMax is SO amazing! They are my favorite place to go now when my son is searching for Pokemon cards or my husband is looking for Magic cards. The place is very clean and organized, and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. It's off the beaten path, but very worth busting out the Google maps to find it! I can't praise this store and staff enough!

  Had an issue with my order where I bought some booster cases and didn't get my $100 credit. Messaged them and they fixed the issue immediately I bought one rosetta booster case and ended up getting a deal for $100 in singles, probably the best deal I've seen for Flesh and Blood sealed product and they do it fairly often. Would recommend this store for prompt, swift support. Minmaxgames also ships way faster than any other shop I've bought from.
