  What makes this store special is the people. The owner Adem has a deep love of gaming and is one of the nicest most genuine people you will ever meet. But what's more, he cultivates that in his staff. The effect is that there's always an excitement about gaming eminating from behind the counter and out amongst the tables. They run great events and I primarily interact with the store playing MTG Pre-Release. They always finish timely and have a great group with very good prize for price.   Stopped by this shop since I've never heard of it. Was curious about the Lorwyn pre-release event that came across my facebook feed that they advertised. Walked in, wasn't even greeted by staff (no big deal). For the most part it looks like a nice store very organized but 0 engagement by employees. I was interested in buying a few booster boxes of magic cards (Lorwyn and Final Fantasy) but the prices were as high as scalpers.   Honestly not a bad shop I don't know what these comments are going on about the customer service. I was there for two minutes looking confused when a worker helped me out. Got exactly what I came for. The price wasn't even that bad same prices as most shops I've seen including online. Good shop will be going back and recommend.

  I’ve been selling and trading with Hot Sauce games for about two years now and have to say they are the best shop I’ve been to. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Their prices are also very fair and are transparent with the way they price. Definitely should be your first stop to buy sell and trade.

  Great place to get Pokémon and other cards. They have some special and unique cards too. I found one card that was $2000. They have binders too. They are open only in the afternoon and evening. The person at the register knew about all the cards and even recommended which pack to get to a certain card.

  Not a fan, feels like a scalper shop vs a gaming store... 0 engagement and no interest in selling me anything... wonder if Bandai is aware of them selling current OP boosters for 3x the recommended MSRP... won't get my money... there is a reason I didn't know about this shop...

  This shop is overpriced with poor customer service. When I asked about a card, they said the price is based on in-store demand, which is unfair and inconsistent. The staff seem uninterested in helping customers and they only take trades at 50% of what they think the card is worth instead of using TCG market prices. If you want fair value and better service, go elsewhere. EDIT: I did not make a purchase as this owner claims. Either he is mistaking me for someone else or they are lying... Also 20% trade bump is nothing when cards are priced over market (which if you read other reviews it seems

  Great place with a positive vibe and plenty of product! Pricing is fair, especially on singles. The store offers great tournaments, commander nights, Lorcana casuals, etc. too. Highly recommend it to all.
