  One of the coolest video games stores I've ever been too. They had so much inventory of absolute bangers and the most chill staff ever. I'm so happy that I don't live in town or else I think I'd go broke from making too many purchases. The mural on the walls were so well done and overall the store has such a fun vibe to it.   Came here for the first time to check it out. I was looking for some switch games. They had a great selection and the store was very clean and staff were very friendly. Only suggestion I have is that the switch games are put up so high, some of them are hard to see😅 if there was a way to see them better like a step stool, would be awesome. I did find one of the games I was looking for at a reasonable price. I will definitely come back in from time to time to check out games.

  This store is marvelous, the artwork is wonderful and the high ceilings and duct work make you feel like you just stepped into a new Mario game. Great selection of games for all consoles. Has higher end Pokemoncards and I think other tcg stuff and phil gave me a very fair price on a trade. Has tables for tcg games that's not in the way of everything else. If go to GameStop and spend money then your a sucker because your almost surely spending more and missing out on the atmosphere of a local shop.

  I've visited this card shop around 5 or 6 times, usually staying for about 4 hours each visit, really trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. The space itself looks great and has a lot of potential: it’s clean, organized, and visually appealing. But every time I’ve come in, I haven’t been able to find a pod or even one person actively playing Magic. Which end up feeling lonely and a bit uncomfortable, especially when you're looking for a community to connect with. As a Magic player, I kept hoping it would click but so far, it just hasn’t for me.   The place itself has a nice atmosphere and looks amazing inside. I never had any issue with staff members, they were always nice and welcoming. The reason I give it only 2 stars is because the prices are horrendous. I had pre ordered pokemon Mega Evolution items and was never given a price until the day I was able to pick them up. I called once a week up until release day asking if they had a price yet, they assured me that prices will be as close to MSRP as they possibly can.   Great card selection between the two locations for magic the gathering only reason that it's getting two stars. I called ahead of time for a trade in and was told they take magic at 70 percent. I was also told that they would take the newest magic set in for trade in. They refused my trade in for the new set at the citrus heights location. When I got there the employee denied ever saying that. So I decided to drive to the other location in Rocklin and they were able to take the cards in (including the new set). It gets worse because you think the cards you're trading in are at 70 percent for
