  They have a great selection here of items honestly with the exception of just general men's t-shirts. The cons: The parking is difficult as well since it's right by the stadium. I also didn't find a good spot to try anything on and the prices are super high. But overall if you want to get some merch on gameday or anytime it's not a bad place to check out.

  The whole STL City area is awesome. The Pavillion (basically the team store) is across Market Street from the actual stadium. It was 2 stories of City merchandise. Which, if you like that, was awesome. If not, then why were you there.lol. Super friendly staff. Super clean. Very well stocked. They had everything you could want to support your team. 10/10, definitely going back.

  This would be below a zero review. I rarely leave reviews but have to in this case. The service was horrible, very unprofessional and all around the worst service we have ever had in a soccer store and we travel all Over the country and international for soccer which says a lot as far as this soccer store. We went in 20 min prior to closing went straight to the soccer jersey and asked to put a name and number on it and the said he is the one to put the numbers on but “ it takes 20 min to heat up the machine and we are about to close” and refused to customize it.   Mrs. Traci truly made my families experience at the St. Louis City SC soccer game truly magical!! This is our second time in and first game and she made it that much better!! She is an absolute gem and we are so thankful to call her a friend now!! She runs this store like no one business and is such an asset!! So thankful to know her now!!

  The customer service is terrible. I ordered a new kit on the first day of sales and was assured in-store that it would be ready before the first match if I purchased that day. However, there is no fitting room to try on merchandise, no system to check order status, and no clear communication. When I called for an update, I was simply told, "You'll be notified when we notify you," and reminded that the form I filled out states a 3-5 week wait for customization. Meanwhile, Soccer Master offers on-the-spot customization in minutes and provides a fitting room for proper sizing. I will be canceling
