  This is such a great comic shop. I had stopped buying comics a couple of years ago and I wanted to get back into it. I talked with Steve the first time I came in and he recommended some new stuff for me to try out and helped me set up a pull list so that I wouldn't miss anything. They have a great young adult section and a LGBTQ section. There's even a game section and a manga section. I love that I can pick up my comics and buy a hard seltzer and sit at the bar.   Apotheosis Comics is an adult toy store of the best kind!!! Martin and team have put together something really special and it's like a breath of fresh air. Comics, Drinks, Fun, Gadgets...What could be better? Oh yeah, the fact that its in St. Louis and that the team here built something so special. Well done, I highly recommend!

  The two staff working were so nice and happy to give me a tour of the merchandise as well as a detailed recommendation of which drink to get. I was surprised at how affordable my canned cocktail was ($6). I’d definitely come back next time I’m in town!

  Cool little shop in a cool neighborhood. I walked in to a smile and a friendly greeting. Looked through some back issues and wallbooks and ended up not buying anything (I have limited space and have to be a little selective these days😉) but I got into a friendly conversation and it seems this shop at times is also a little bit of a bar and comedy club. 🍻 I will definitely keep up with the shop on social media and see what is going on week to week! if you’re looking for graphic novels and/or TPB this place will have what you want. If you’re in the area check it out!!

  Comic Book Day 2023! Martin and the awesome staff outdid themselves! Robert Vendetti signed my Superman '78 and then signed a Superman/Green Lantern book for my son! Memories made we are grateful to have a great comic shop so close. KUDOS!
