  Card was graded and thats fine but Beckett has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. They mandate appointments but refuse to adhere to that appointment time. I made the appointment for several weeks out which was all they had) and showed up early. Every single person that walked in AFTER I did got seen before me. Including someone who did nothing but chitchat with the guy behind the desk for about 20 minutes. All of this was after the price guarantee said it would be ready January 6th when I dropped it off in December. I was finally able to pick it up today after zero responses

  My go-to grading company. I’ve submitted four cards to them (one for my "sister') and was overall very satisfied with the service. I did need to speak to customer service about a payment issue (they no longer accept checks). It took almost a month to get a response, but they did resolve the problem.

  I send them an autographed football card back in late June - early July of 2025. I received an order conformation on July 7th 2025. In that email conformation it stated that a second email would be sent to me once my order was shipped back. I opted for the standard 45 day turnaround time. In September 3rd 2025, approximately 2 months later, I received a FedEx email stating that they tried to deliver a package to my house but that no one was home to sign for it.   My first time grading cards and these guys messed it up for me. Poor communication if you get any at all. I sent a Mewtwo shadowless and 1st edition Machamp. Before they were shipped I told them that I had moved and need them sent to my new address. They said as long as it’s updated in my account then I am good. I get a FedEx tracking number and it says they are being shipped to my old address. Thanks. No one lives there at the moment so there wasn’t a signature that could have been given.   Update: Beckett reached out to me and offered to re-label my card and replace the capsule. I was hesitant about sending it back but I decided to give it a shot. Once the card returned it was properly labeled and the new capsule was in far better condition than the first and the sleeve the card is in only had one small smudge whereas the original was covered in specks and stuff.   First Card Grading Experience, and Ill never use Beckett again - I may never even have a card graded again because of this experience. I purchased the Base + Subgrades (then marked as 45 business days). Beckett marked my order as received on 11/05/25. Grading didnt complete until 01/29/2026 - approximately 2 weeks after the promised 45 business days and Im being generous with 5 additional days because of mixed in holidays during that period.   THE REALITY: As there are only 3-4 respected grading services, you have to know they are swamped with orderes all day every day. You know there are card collectors that will send 100 cards at a clip to be graded for resale. That being said. I didn’t give 1 star because I’m sure they are overrun with work and most likely understaffed as well. They were quick and responsive at the beginning and to take my money. Once shipped I was told it was received and it would be about 30 days. After 45 days I emailed 7x up until about the 90 day mark. Never responded to. Calling about 10x I got through
