  My fiancé and I have recently got back into Pokemon cards for the first time since we were little kids with all the hype going on about them right now she was lucky enough to get her hands on the Phantasmal Flames elite trainer box. The box was sealed and her very last pack in the box she pulled the best card out of the set the Mega Charizard X Ex Sir card #125 . She was so happy she said she wanted to get the card graded so she found what was supposedly the best place to do so BECKETT .   If I could give zero stars I would. They've had a recertification for over 2 months. JSA just needed their cert # to give me a letter of authentication, Beckett has to physical piece on site even though it's previously been certified by them originally. Communication is almost non-existent, they never answer the phones, and when I've badgered them about my order I have to start all over again about who I am and what I need, even though I give my order# in the email. I'll never use them again, and neither should you. Terrible company!

  This is ridiculous. I paid for three days express. My card is ready for pick up. I have to schedule for pick up. If not, they won’t give me my card when I do a schedule. It’s more then a week in advance for me to pick up. What’s the point of paying such a pain if I can’t even pick up my card when it’s ready and I have to wait a week at more tell me it’s not ridiculous. your new policies ridiculous!!!!! My card is ready th 7th and I can’t even pick up till the 20th!!!

  To whom it may concern, I am writing this in hopes that someone reaches out to in response with answering my questions. This is my first submission to Beckett and I was really excited about the process of getting a card graded but also very nervous that something may happen to it along the way. Well that nightmare has become a reality, I have tried reaching out to Beckett via numerous phone calls (call center LINE is out of service), all Socials, Linked in, Beckett.com/contact, you name it I’ve tried it.   One of my cards was not returned with the rest, sent countless emails no responses and phone calls, no matter what time of day always says all lines are busy. Item is about $2,000 and it’s been over a month. There’s a reason why the last 12 review in a row are all 1 star. It’s truly a shame at what BGS has become

  If something is too clean you still honor and grade it. Just because you don't want to pop a black label means you honor money over ethics and this will destroy your entire brand and ruin all the value in it for customers who grade with you. If it's all legit you don't get to mistreat the consumer. Have more honor and integrity in what you do cause you look incredibly slimy for your behavior as a card grading company. I will never grade through you again.
