  Update: Matt reached out to me, took ownership, and fully rectified the situation regarding the 4 cards that were graded. Thank you Matt for your honesty and helpfulness in getting this resolved.   Update: Since leaving the last review Matt reached out to me, took ownership, and fully Corrected the situation regarding the 6 cards that were graded. My cards are on their way to me and Matt has covered part of the shipping as an apology as such I am changing my review to 4 stars.   Very disappointed. My JT Kaboom was mint when I handed it over at their table at a Waukesha card show, and I even paid for express service because of its condition. When the grade came back, the card was clearly damaged somewhere between drop-off and arrival at PSA. Accidents happen, but when you’re paying for a service like this, card safety should be guaranteed. The owner is a great guy, but this was a poor showing of the service.

  Talk about a chilled card shop with extremely nice staff! The shop is clean, organized and easy to shop! A nice selection of sealed products and single (sports and pokemon) and my personal favorite .25, $1, $5 card boxes with some good finds in them! Matt the owner is a really nice guy, he is always set up at local card shows and always willing to answer questions about sending cards off to get graded. They might be called 5 star cards, but I'd give them a 10 star review if I could!
