This shop has a charm if its own and is one of the last few stores that I have ever seen where you get real genuine personal service from the long time owner Jordan .   A little hidden gem of San Mateo! Lots of different sports cards and a little section for Pokemon. I stopped in cause I saw Pokemon cards and left with a few packs plus a great conversation. Jordan, the owner, is so nice and personable. He goes out of his way to help you out and really knows his cards. Definitely worth a stop in

  I was recommended to What’s on Second via a mutual friend. I surprised my 7 year old Grandson with a visit right after school and Jordan helped us. Jordan is not only a nice guy but was sensitive to the needs of my Grandson guiding us through the whole buying experience. We bought both Pokémon and baseball cards.The whole experience was a memorable one for both of us. My Grandson could not get the smile off his face. Kids at school tried to get him to trade some of his cards and he said no because they were extra special because his grandpa got them for him. I never met any of my Grandparen
