  This store is located in the Hanes mall. Lots of games, funko pops, and anime. The selection is pretty good. They do have some rare stuff for the collector. Prices were hit and miss, but for the most part I felt they were fair. The store was well kept and service was good.

  The store itself is quite unique. I myself am not a gamer, collector, or player of anything in there... it is nice however to see some of my old childhood game systems and games. We took my boyfriends PS3 there because they quoted us a price astoundingly better than McKays a few weeks ago site unseen. We came back a little over a week later and they plugged it in, said it wouldn't work and said sorry we cant take it. Thankfully they agreed to try again and do a little cleaning on it because we knew it was working when it was unplugged... and it did. They gave us a fair trade in value. They wer

  Cool store but do not buy their mystery bags: they are mostly stolen art or AI generated garbage presented in official looking stuff. They don’t do their due diligence to check for quality. I called and ask if I could get a refund and was told no. Waste of 20$ and my time, I can’t support a business that doesn’t respect artists or its customers.

  I was really excited to see this place open up after only seeing it in the Concord Mills mall, but since it opened, I've had mixed results. On one hand, their selection of plushes and figurines are really nice, having a good bit of variety. On the other hand, their video game stock rarely changes, new or old. I've been going in a lot for the past year and they are rocking roughly the same Switch/PS5 lineup since then. That's not to say they don't change at all, but I wish it were more often. Not to mention that some prices feel too high for no reason, even for the gaming aftermarket.

  Cool store with a fantastic selection. Had a little bit of all kinds of collectibles and games. As someone that prefers to dabble rather then deep dive into 1 thing i appreciated it. The store was clean and the employees were nice and attentive. Overall pretty happy with the experience. Looking forward to stopping by again anytime im in the area!

  I like this store for their Funko pops. Recently i tried to sale 2 Xbox, that i know works. I seen the huddled up on how they wasn't going to buy them. So they took me thorough a long process on why they wouldn't update. Then said we can't take, so when I got home they updated fine . Was a bunch of bull crap, they'll lie in your face.
