  I love this location as much as the other one! Very cool selection, the prices are pretty good. I wanted to take a second to dig into pricing specifically, because I've collected for a long time. Some are higher than street value, many are lower than the average though. But, that's kind of how the reseller market works and I'm not going to ding the store over it. If the store was empty of best sellers it would be less interesting! A good example, my wife grabbed a crochet Yoshi amiibo for about ten bucks less than eBay.   If you're a gamer in Hampton Roads, Video Game Heaven and Cool Stuff is the place to be. The selection is impressively wide- new releases, retro gems, collectibles, consoles, you name it. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to browse thanks to clever use of space. The staff really stands out: whenever I walk in they greet me, are knowledgeable about games, and happy to track something down. They even offer repairs in some cases. Whether you're trading, buying, or just hunting for nostalgia, this store delivers. Highly recommend for any gamer's stop-by.

  Loved it! I was wide eyed the entire time I was in the store. The store is neat, organised, and it was easy to find what you are looking for. My boyfriend went in to get a $3 Castlevania game; I left with a $30 Cardcaptor figurine(which I got overcharged for, I noticed after I left the store. Wasn't going to fuss over $8), and buy 2 get one free stickers that were gorgeous. I'd def visit again, my eyes were a tad big for my wallet that stop. Interested to check out their other locations!   When it comes to Video Game Heaven I can only give their VB location same amount of stars as their Chesapeake and Norfolk locations. That's a big 5 Stars. While I'm a retro gamer I'm mostly a portable gamer. One of my favorite portable platforms is the Sony PSP and time and time again I've picked up games here at very competitive prices. In addition to the PSP I've also picked up Vita and and N64 for games here to. However my uber find at this location is a 3000 Series 'Vibrant Blue' PSP.   If you are okay with paying a little bit more then I would recommend giving this store a visit. They do have a wide variety of retro games selection, however I feel like they overpriced it unlike any other retro games store I’ve been to. Their figurine and other kawaii things such as anime figurines are priced reasonably though. I buy figurines myself and prices can be very expensive. I also saw they had the Pokémon blind boxes and it’s one of the cheapest prices I’ve ever seen, hence why I gave 2 stars.
