  I'm currently going around the country and meeting card shop owners. There's many things I have to say about Ben and Katie's Vault 509 Trading Card Shop but I'll summarize it for everyone reading this. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. Even though the shop only opened around 6 months ago they already have ties to clients that run deep. They host tournaments on certain days and contain a lot of different trading card games. No sports cards. Go visit them, you won't regret it.

  My daughter and I LOVE this place. They are so kind and so friendly. My daughter collects pokemon. I take dance classes across the street so she goes in and hangs out while I take my class. If you have a kiddo or a friend collecting defiantly swing by. They have more than just pokemon. They are so amazing. And if it's a Sunday around 5 My daughter might be there. 🙂

  The staff all of them are wonderfully courteous as well as extremely knowledgeable in all formats of anything you want to get. The space is suitable for players. There are always commander players in there which is what I'm there for. Their singles selection is unparalleled in Tri-Cities. This place is where I'd go if your looking for it they have it or will find it for you. I love this shop!!

  This shop was recommended to me by my friend, and after my visit yesterday I completely understand why he goes there all the time. From the second I walked in, the people behind the counter were incredibly cool, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — without being pushy or rushing me at all. While we were there, my friend and his lady were looking to get her first precon commander deck. The owner was so welcoming that he literally let them go behind the counter to check out different decks, walked them through options, and even threw in a free box of card sleeves just because they were new and g

  I would give them 1000 more stars if I could! We met both owners and one employee and all of them were beyond kind. We went in because my son has started collecting pokemon cards so we get him a new pack for every good report card or behavior chart he brings home. We didn’t know for elementary and middle school students they do some type of deal if you bring in the report card so we paid for two packs to do a battle. We decided to do a pack battle there and while doing it one of the owners brought us a tin with all the things we need to actually play the game in order to help get my kiddo star

  This card shop was awesome! They were so helpful when I came in looking for a cheap commander pre-con. They have a great selection of commander decks and lots of card sleeves. When I asked to see inventory, they were very helpful, letting me browse as long as I needed. Very friendly and awesome service.
