  I walked in hoping for an adventure, but the only thing I discovered was how fast I wanted to leave. The shelves looked like they’d last been organized when floppy disks were cool. Half the lights flicker like a bad horror movie, and the only thing scarier than the prices is the customer service. If you enjoy being ignored while standing in filth, you’ll love it here!

  Do not order online from them. I received a damaged book and I have been trying to get a replacement book. I have emailed with only auto bot replies; phone with the call hanging itself up, Facebook messenger with auto bot replies, left posts asking them to reply to my requests for a replacement on Facebook with them blocking me; tried Instagram as well with no luck. I would absolutely avoid them. Horrible customer service.

  We came to this store looking for a wedding gift for my cousin who is on the nerdy side. Though we did find a Starwars-themed popcorn maker, we found what we needed on our own. The salesmen were not helpful. We asked for Batman-related products, which they told us were out of stock. Again, we found these items on our own. We needed light sabres, which we found at Walmart. We were not satisfied with the selection in their inventory & the non-helpful staff.

  Stay clear from Unknown Comics Book shop. They have terrible communication with customers. They have shady business practices. I purchased a CGC Spider Boy 1 exclusive back in 08/2023 fast forward to 08/2025 still no book. The only communication I have with them is email because they don’t answer their phones. And you can’t leave a voice message because it’s always full. I’ve been chasing my book now for over two years. Every time I email them they have a different excuse about my book. I’ve purchased from Unknown Comics for a couple of years now. And this the only order they never honored. I

  I just opened my 1:100 Momoko Mandalorian variant to have it signed at comic con only to find they sent me the trade dress! I paid $100 for a $4 comic. To say I'm upset would be the biggest understatement.

  Worst experience of my life ... I have been chasing my order for over 2 years now ... They don't answer phone ... If you say anything on social media about your order missing they just ban and block and make excuses ... Hundreds of of people online talking about it ... Just Google it yourself ... Sure they deliver sometimes ... But if you had 1 in 5 chance of buying something online and getting ripped off ... You'd probably shop elsewhere right ? Go buy their exclusives on eBay ... Used .... You'll get them for half price anyways .. and eBay will make sure you get your order ... I know we won
