They run fantastic tournaments and provide the best prize support I have ever seen.   This place is great. I’ve been a couple times now, and their stock is unrivaled. Between singles and out of print/hard to get items, they’ve had 99% of what I’m looking for. Their staff is knowledgeable and efficient (and patient to a new player who doesn’t know how to shop singles). The prices have been fair and sometimes even better than other TCG stores in the area. I drive all the way from Sadieville to buy/shop with TTD. Can’t recommend them enough!

  This store is my favorite place to hang out. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable, welcoming, the product selection is superb and just keeps improving, and their prices are unbeatable. I come here multiple times a week to play Warhammer, Blood Bowl, Flesh and Blood, and board games. I've never felt pressure to spend money or get out, in fact, I would come out here in the evenings during grad school and work on homework.   Everyone here is really friendly and they have a great selection. I got into a new game and the staff were very nice to help coach me throughout my learning journey. I also have had a lot of good experiences at their events and they have made it clear that they love the games they host at their store. Their staff are always willing to answer any and all questions. This is my favorite game shop to go to because of their friendliness and the care they take to foster a good gaming community.

  Most of the negative reviews here calling out staff or management are clearly from disgruntled players who lost a game, refused to follow basic store or game rules, or from people who expect to be paid at or above market value for items they are trying to sell while having little to no understanding of how reselling actually works. The store needs to make money. That is not optional. I drive 45 minutes to play here despite having six other game stores much closer to me. That alone should say something.   I wish bethany wasnt there. Shes hostile to non regulars and even though I would go here since the days of moonlight comics I havnt been back in years because she makes the experience awful. I want to come back because I cant drive over an hr just to get cards somewhere else all the time. I buy not just for myself but for all my friends I was spending roughly 2k a year at ttd frankfort. I brought alot of business and would tell friends to go here before but they wont go anymore and neither will I until something is done about Bethany.
