I wish I could come here more often. Many will come for the blind boxes but the real reason this place shines is because of the new and vintage toys in the glass cases. Most new stuff is priced at MSRP (20$ for most super7 reaction figures) and other older stuff seemed fairly priced, and many other toy shops have crazy markups but that isn’t an issue here. Good selection of the more modern “art” sofubi- I didn’t see any vintage sofubi Godzillas though. If you need a break from the harsh cold definitely stop in and look for a while.

The place might be small and compact, you might even bump into things when you turn around, but it’s a place to visit for all kinds of toys. I am much if an old school comic person. I found an awesome a cast version of the Ghost buster car. Over all I was very happy in visiting the spot.

This store was super neat and had a great selection of items! The keychains were especially adorable. Some products are locked up, so you’ll need to ask the cashier to open the case, but they’ll hold the items for you at the register. They had a nice variety of Smiskis, and while they usually carry Sonny Angels, they only had hippers during my visit, which were kept behind the register. You're almost guaranteed to leave with something cute!

Major edit: the store is not an authorized seller for Brokees products. If you run into any sort of issue (ie missing a part of a model from factory), Brokees will not honor any sort of warranty and tell you to go back to the seller. As of the writing of this, I've emailed and haven't received a response in several days. Long story short, don't expect any warranty from the store. This applies to sealed new products.

If you love blind boxes, this is the place to go stock up for gifts for yourself and others. While I could not see the latest trends, I did see many of what I have been looking for from the last couple of years. The prices are very reasonable, staff is very friendly and so many things from the past. Store is small and tight so go during non peak times to shop at your leisure. Highly recommend. Will be visiting again to stock up on old favorites.

a must see for trinket lovers! please keep in mind the store is in a tight space and when looking at the blind boxes you will be back to back with other customers. prices are decent on most items! unfortunately, they were sold out of sonny angels but i made sure to grab a few smiskis :)

UPDATE (10/13/2024) I have returned to this location to look for Smiski Hippers, and to my surprise, they had a box of them available. The prices of Smiskis had raised since the last time I visited, but they are still reasonably priced and similar to other locations. They have expanded their selection of blind boxes, as they also had Mofusand Hippers as well, as well as more options for anime or Japanese culture related goods. Overall, still a wonderful place to visit if you love collectibles and looking for Japanese-related goods. ------ Perfect spot for anime lovers and anyone who likes coll
