  The staff accused of stealing a plush we won in a claw machine,they took it away and “checked” cameras and after some interrogation of dumb questions like “ where is proof of purchase?” No receipts bc it was claw machine game ,they told us we all had to leave the store now. one of them went to go check inventory and confirmed that there was no missing items and returned the plush . At least an apology would have been nice smh.

  Won a plush at the round 1 arcade that they also happened to sell at this location. Staff accused us of stealing and tried to kick us out after “checking cameras”. Didn’t even bother to check their supplies first. After everything they just handed back the plush without an apology. The store is great, but the workers are just rude.

  The one star is because their employees are nice. However their prices for Pokemon products are outrageous. Either the person pricing these products does not understand the Pokémon market or they are just glorified scalpers. They had a Pokemon Center Shrouded Fable ETB priced at $420, when the market for these is $80. $100 might even be okay, but not $420. Do not buy from them unless you like being scammed.

  Love the ones in Tucson so stopped by since on vacation. Employees did not acknowledge anyone that went into the store when we went and were not with any customers. Shared that we love the other stores as well and employees were like "They are the exact same thing..." They were not attentive or welcoming. Would not stop here again. Other than the two male employees, store had a good selection.

  Love the store and its products Just wish they had better customer service on the phone. Whoever helped me was very short and sounded as if they couldn't be bothered to give me any more information. Basically "ya i have no idea" And maybe im old school about phone etiquette but just giving me your last answer and hanging up before I can even finish "have a nice day" is a bit rude

  Very well-organized shelves. They have cartoon-character toys, 3 for $33- a pretty decent deal. All the characters were well stocked. They also sell wall-posters too. I especially liked their huge selection of keychains. Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.
