  I had a conversation with what was presumably the owner while shopping for Labubus. He knew that I knew nothing about Labubu as I am a 49 year old man. I had absolutely no idea that a toy store in the mall sold FAKE ITEMS. I asked many questions about labubu dolls and at no time did he indicated the Labubu's he sold were FAKE! I was taken advantage of! This place should be kicked out of the mall! How many people has he taken advantage of! COMPLETE SCAM!

  Was very excited when I saw this at the store just to take it home and see that every pack was already open and all of the hits were removed :( after reading other reviews I know it’s not worth trying to get a refund but this is so disappointing

  Wish I could give 0 stars. Why do you own a toy store when you’re so terrible to children? My son was in looking at toys in this store and the man walked up to him and said “if you’re not going to buy anything, then get out.” How do you know what you want to buy without looking, also if you were trying to close there is a much more polite way of saying I’m closing up. I will never spend a dollar at this store.

  I honestly don't want to give a local business a negative review but this place deserves it. While the store itself isn't dirty or anything, many of the products in this store are knockoffs. Any toys based on a game or series (like pokemon, among us, alphabet lore, etc) is bootleg, including the Pokemon cards. They don't offer refunds because if they did, they would be having to give them left and right. Honestly, it seems like this place is trying to scam its customers, and that deserves a 1 star rating.

  My son wanted a pack of Pokémon cards I thought $2 was cheap so we got a couple of packs. While eating lunch at the food court I looked up how to tell if the cards are real and everything I read informed me they're not real. I noticed a Collectible store upstairs next to DQ and went in and asked if they could tell me for sure. The gentleman Kyle informed me they were not real however this store had Pokémon cards at which the gentleman informed me about a promotion they just had and he gave my son a free pack. I was so upset a place in a mall would sell fake products and especially something so

  Awesome store. Had a variety of toys and for the pokemom fans the only store with actual cards in stock. Better hurry though they have a few box sets and packs left. Great line of moving Dinos, transforming cars and plushies.

  BEWARE, THE STORE SELLS FAKE ITEMS FOR TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE PRICES! Makes sense why they do not accept returns or refunds. I called over the phone when I realized this about two figures I paid $100 requesting a refund (unopened ones). Owner told me I can come by instore to sort out the issue after I kept insisting on a refund. Of course I did not walk out with a refund, but instead the two same fake figures and almost in tears. I can’t even try to sell the figures for half the money back as they are fake! Really upset and would not recommend.
