  Very disappointed with how they handle their Commander MTG on Thursdays and Saturdays. Someone should be overlooking the tables/games being played and keeping an eye out for any players entering the shop looking to join in. Leaving a player/customer to stand around awkwardly for close to an hour, and to not reach out when when they were declined from joining a few tables is upsetting. Not everyone already has an established group to play with. It takes a lot of guts to put one's self out there. Make them feel welcome, make them feel included. P.S.
