  I signed up for the OP14 prerelease tournament on Jan 11 online, and it said 16 applicants allowed. I got there and they turned us down. I got there ontime but it seems like they only want 14 people to keep the extra packs for themselves. My other friend was able to play though but he paid $30 for 5 packs. They were supposed to give 6 packs. Here's the rules and regulations. Shady store. I attached the rules and regulations. Im reporting them too. Hopefully the other players see this too and report them

  Terrible first experience. They don’t answer phone, they don’t respond on discord for days. Drove across town for release event for which I reserved a spot. When I got there, on time mind you, they said all seats were filled up. Capacity was 16 and they only had enough packs for 14 players. Why are they running events they can’t accommodate??? Whatever. I did everything right, but they can’t possibly inconvenience a regular who probably didn’t even pre registered. But hey I got an event pack out of it. SUPER!! Totally worth the time and gas I wasted driving across town. Needless to say I won’t

  ive been coming to this store for a few months now and ive attended plenty of sealed events for years. I attended this sealed event last night with one of my friends and won a couple rounds but no promo/winner packs handed out. The pack counts are at 5 packs and not 6. then proceeded to charge $35 price gouging at its worst. tall asian guy with glasses running the tourney just kept wandering off chatting with some of the girl gamers; timing always off. total creep.

  It sucks because I was really wanting to check this place out, I saw they opened at 2pm so waited in my car until then get down and locked... Ok no worries ill wait 10min... nope still not open Rather than getting down a 3rd time I give them a call (x2)... no answer. Not sure if their hours changed but on Google and infront of their door it says 2pm. Need to change their times if 2pm is too early for them

  I actually LOVE playing here! The vibes are GREAT and if you have nothing to do on a LATE Saturday night Saturday LATE night commander is AMAZING! The vibes are great in it self and there is usually enough for 2 pods! When they say LATE they mean LATE as in 3 AM 😂😂😂 Owner is great and joyful as well!

  I went on Saturday to buy my son The Final Fantasy Magic cards, My boyfriend seen a Pokémon card he wanted, the guy said $35. My boyfriend decided not to buy, I went back Sunday with my daughter to get the card for my boyfriend for Christmas, It was a different guy he said he was taking offers! I said wait we were told a set price for $35, I called my boyfriend he said yea the guy told us $35, This guy on Sunday said NO I'm taking offers for $100 or more! I ask how can you change the price when we were told a set price, he said $100 or not at all!! He was extremely rude unprofessional! How do

  Tier 1 is legit. Nice place, great tourney structure, great prize pool. Wish they had a phone number and some socials attached, but it’s a great lowkey shop to pull up to!
