  I really like Thopter Academy and the owner, Dan. He knows many customers on a first name basis, and has built a good community with his store. He is inclusive and kind to new customers as well. He has a great collection of Magic cards, solid collection of Pokemon cards, and various other products. He also has some sealed product that is fairly priced for him and for the customer. Dan is always willing to price check his products in regards to the current market, and is open to negotiations depending on the situation. Trade in's are currently at a lower percentage, but this is a common trend f

  Picked cards out of their dollar bin, went to the register and he went to the back to check prices and tried to charge me more than what he posted lol like I grabbed a card that’s listed as 25 cents on TCGplayer out of their dollar bin, was going to pay a dollar, he went to the back to ‘look it up’ and tried to tell me it was $2. Don’t come here until they figure out their inventory and pricing. Scalper behavior, honestly disappointed. I was in here with my boyfriend, owners response is false 👎
