  When in vegas I saw a pop i wanted but didn't buy. I got back home and decided I did really want it. I found his shop on face book and messaged him. He sent my funko fast and secured down so it wouldn't get damaged. I would definitely buy from him again.

  Me and my kids have visited Las Vegas a few times and the Pop Shack is our favorite place. They are teenagers now and last summer we spent forever in there. I was so happy with the expansion. You really have so much stuff we love this year we brought home a LARGE suitcase FULL and could have filled many more. We can't wait to come back. Also the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful Thank you!

  Overpriced figurines seen in cases that I was able to get at other Vegas stores in box for almost 1/3 of pricing. Owner was a complete jerk for no reason. I thought it would be cool to return and see some figures but left annoyed I never ever have left a review but this time genuinely disappointed me.

  They are having a sale of buy one get one free and with restrictions that were not posted. Filled up a basket, come to find out by the rude owner who came up to me with an attitude, that the BOGO works you have to buy a $15 figure to get a free $3 hotwheel. Again, not posted anywhere. Took out the hotwheels to get the better deal on the figures, went to finish my transaction and received more negative attitude from cashier that I used their own sale for better pricing. I come to Vegas 3-4 times a year, this is one of my spots to purchase $200 to $500 per visit, I will take my business elsewher

  Always enjoying making sure this is on our stops when in vegas. Always has a few good finds for reasonable prices. Unfortunately on this visit the young lady behind the counter(cashier?) who was cursing up a storm and airing out her dirty laundry loudly to a friend, made my experience less fun then usual.

  Yeah i came in recently to make a purchase of a figure id been searching for a while and while in line some super rude customer claiming to be a “professional reviewer” was very toxic and even name dropped her on review. All i can say was CELINA was very helpful to me and i was in and out with no issue. Sorry you have to deal with certain people who name drop you in bad reviews.

  Everytime I go to spend a few hundred i get watched like im a thief of taking stuff .. doesn't ask if I need help just watches .. been here many times just to kill the shipping prices since its pretty much the same as buying online but locally. Big heavy set guy owner is rude and cuts you off while talking doesn't care about his customers my kids go there also and same when they spend hundreds of dollars they get watched over like they are stealing ... definitely buy from others or online... he also low balled me for my collection 30 cents a car lol when hes scalping prices .. try market plac
