  Very bad place. They only take care of the regular customers. That why everything is always out of stock. Discord so toxic that the owner only let them know to do preorders on there. bad place to do business. That why when u walk in or call there always nothing. You have to be in the discord to know they have product in stock but the Moment you join the regular already there 1st!!! So what the point of tell us to join the discord. They should do preorders as a walk in!!! I will not be coming here ever in my life again. And yes I call today and ask about preorders.

  Love the shop, Shane on the other hand is a mess. I really like this shop and it's environment. Theirs always people gaming when I come in and the selection of games is diverse. I could buy theses games online but much prefer the in person shopping experience. Philly game shop has always provided me with a knowledgeable and helpful shopping experience. I was in there today buying Twilight imperium and had a couple of questions about the game, which was a bigger purchase for me, and the person at the counter Shane gave me the whole "gamer bro" you don't belong here stick.   It is a general boardgame store. Very clean and friendly. They sell most of, if not all of, the games you see on the shelves. They sell dice. Some cool d100s. Pretty small section of D&D, and Pathfinder was non-existent. If you are looking for a crowd and some tabletop game time? I believe you have found it.

  Been here once so far at their new location while still remodeling. No complaints. My cashier, Taylor, was friendly. I only came in to buy a MTG LOTR Collector Booster pack. This is a Premium store, so they can sell them prerelease. Plenty of parking available, but on a busy road.

  I don’t get to Philadelphia much unless I take my kid to a doctor appointment or to go to the airport. I happen to come across this game store today and I must say it was really nice. They had quite a selection of board games and card games. I will say, if you are a miniature gamer, it probably isn’t at the store for you as I didn’t see any miniatures other than maybe a dozen dungeons and dragons minis.   This is a great shop! Today I went to their Sunday Afternoon Miniature Painting & Terrain-Making Social to purchase and paint my first ever mini. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I felt very welcomed as I entered and enjoyed the entirety of my stay. They gave me tips and encouraged me while I painted the mini, and it came out so good.
