  Honestly one of the most honest and nicest store owners I have met. I have been to his shop twice and bought very cool things from rare Halo helmets, zoids, Iron Man collectible, Mandalorian, to Pokemon games and very cool limited edition Pokemon consoles. If you want to build the coolest collection, Mike is your guy. He has the coolest stuff and he is very reasonable.

  This place was fantastic. I have no idea how I did not know this location has been here for years. The employees are great and they had lots of rare retro toys, systems and games. They also had a bunch of new stuff too. Also love the fact that they repair retro games or systems. Definitely recommend it.

  Cool place, called to see if they had any 3ds consoles on hand and came in and bought it for a fair price and in great condition, I was also told it has an indefinite damage warranty unless it's from me dropping it, which is a nice bonus. Overall good experience.

  Today I went and took my 16 yr old brother who is autistic and loves anything that has to do with gaming. We were looking for a specific console such as the wiiU. This was my brother’s first time attempting to practice life skills such as requesting for help to look for an item and purchasing it. I just want to say the staff here is phenomenal.   I have been to new era collectibles on numerous occasions and bought and sold over 200 items. The staff and ownership has been friendly to me and to my family and always treated us great!!
