  Attempted to visit the store but had absolutely no idea you need a ticket to get into the store on game night. I've never experienced this at other conferences. Other conferences welcome visitors and fans to shop freely without having to buy a game time ticket. Other fans were turned away as well and they only wanted to buy merchandise especially because it was 90's retro. Disappointing UNM!!

  Fantastic store when you can visit in-person; not-so-great when ordering online. Contacting the store is challenging, and management seemingly makes little effort to correct mistakes. Would recommend visiting in-person, *not* ordering online.

  I ordered patches from the Zia marching band event in October 2024. I paid for them to be shipped to my house and have yet to receive them it is now January 2025. Customer service is horrible they never answer the phone when you call and when you email them they take forever to respond. Not professional at all!

  Ordered jerseys in November. Supposed to be in by beginning of December now saying won’t be in till new year and no communication on the order. Terrible customer service!

  Went to the Lobo Den store at the Pit on June 1st at noon when they were supposed to be open. Waited 15 minutes and gave up since they never opened. Very disappointing since we are from Nebraska and wanted some Lobo gear.

  Very quiet. I was looking for youth clothing. The selection is very small. 1 type pf hat. 3 different types of shirts. There is future Lobos that are fans right now. 😁
