  I’m gonna start by saying never in my 22 years of living have I ever written a review on google. Never had the need to. I am disappointed and frustrated with this shop. As of 2025 I would like to say I was one of the better paying customers. I wanted to get back into collecting Pokemon and this was the shop I chose. The owner made me feel welcome and I gave her my trust. Recently I had to part ways with some of the cards I bought from here. Upon inspecting most of the cards they were mislabeled with (lp, mp, or hp) at least 20 of these cards had hidden damage under the placement of the price s

  Do NOT shop here if you’re an out of box Funko collector. I purchased a Blue Batman Chrome Funko Pop and the box was in good condition and the Funko also appeared to be in good condition from what I could see behind the window. Until I took the box home and after unboxing the figure I noticed 2 huge scratches on the back. I was sold a damaged pop, and all they could do was offer me a in store credit refund. -130$ down the drain

  Great selection of cards and such for everyone! Unfortunately the prices are absolutely bonkers. I saw they had the new Japanese Mega Dream Pokémon set, a loose pack for $15?! No wayyyy, that’s just devious especially with how easy it is to know which one has a hit or not. I would’ve bought it if it was cheaper along with Twilight Masquerade at $10, but no thank you.

  If I could give The Collectors Kid more stars, I absolutely would! Surfsandtrees and I have been coming to Carl, Liz, Gavin and Daryl for our Pops since 2022 before they moved to their new location next door in Batavia. And of course Dan the man! Seeing him at The Collectors Kid on Sunday after my kidney surgery reminded me of why I love people so much ;) The location where I was able to obtain my beautiful Bulma card from Dragonball Z and Lion King 100 Disney card.   The Collector's Kid was a great shop for all sports collectibles and pokemon collectibles as well. The staff were awesome people who were very knowledgeable about the sports memorabilia that they had on display. I've been to quite a few sports memorabilia shops, and by far, the Collector's Kid ranks in the top 5! It's definitely worth your time if you're in the area.
