  Took my son here this weekend and had an awesome experience. The Guy working the case took his time with us and was happy to look at a few of the cards we were trying to trade. He gave us an estimate of the cards value (I did some research in advance, and it was a fair price). We were looking for store credit to get some Ascended Heroes singles (Gengar, Psyduck), he walked us to the trade desk to make sure we were taken care of quickly so we could make the trade and get moving. We left happy with 2 cards we were looking for!

  Update: Changing to 5 stars! After a few days, my claim was finally approved, and they sent me a new case. While the resolution was positive in the end, I’ll admit the process was a bit frustrating at first. I had to reach out to them a couple of times to get an update on the status of my claim, which made me feel a bit in the dark. At first, I was a little impatient, especially since I wasn’t sure what was happening with my request.   This is hands down one of my favorite spots to buy Pokemon cards. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and they're usually well stocked. Prices can be...a but much, but they usually do a good job of keeping some product at an affordable price point. They have a killer selection of singles and slabs at solid prices, so I'd definitely check them out if you're trying to complete a binder or get some graded cards. Solid store all around, and one I usually hit up at least twice a month
