  My husband visited this card shop last night and unfortunately experienced very poor customer service. He initially asked about a specific card and then decided to browse the other cards in the store. The staff member told him he was not allowed to hold the cards and would need to purchase them “sight unseen,” which is unlike any policy he has encountered at other card shops in the metroplex. Despite the earlier restrictions, he selected a few cards and promptly asked to purchase them. The staff member then researched the cards and refused the sale, claiming they had been “priced incorrectly.”

  went here to sell my expensive cards to pay for an emergency. one manager quotes me for one price on the phone and tells me they work with people because people>profits. i go in next day and the other argues with me and takes advantage of the fact that I didn't know better for prices and lowballs me. when i asked for a small amount more (which was still under 70%), he rolled his eyes at me and made me feel like i was being complicated 😁 really terrible experience and i won't be going back edit since they're trying to imply i went to the wrong store: im attaching the pictures i took of their

  Loved this place. I took my two boys here as we have an unhealthy addiction to pokemon cards and we're in need of a little knowledge as we get a bit more serious. We met Connor and he looked through my boys two large binders page by page. He identified some fake cards and some really good cards and taught us how to see the difference ourselves. He then explained things we could do to take care of our cards to better preserve their value. He was positive, upbeat, and genuinely fun and engaged.   Recently sold some of my childhood vintage YGO cards here, got a fair deal for cash given the condition of some of them. The co-owner I talked to knew his stuff, sat across the table from me for over an hour, explained and showed me the pricing as we did it since I'm not super in the know with the market now. Dude answered the ton of questions I had, shot the shit some as well. I greatly appreciated your time man. The patrons seem really cool too, just people sharing a passion.   I went in today with a couple of friends and had a horrible experience. So we first went in and do what we usually do, look at binders and see if they had cards. The staff was SUPER unwelcoming. It felt like they wanted to kick us out. Then to top it all off, one of the white guys that worked behind the counter accused my friend, their partner, and me of stealing cards. One of the white guys was hovering over the guy that was helping me and my partner, and they wouldn’t even let us look at the cards!
