  I've been a regular for a year now and I'm always impressed by their selection of new books and collectibles. Not to mention, the staff(such as the employee I talked to, Alicia) are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, if you're a Transformers fan, they've got the best selection of new and old figures for the best prices I've seen from any comic shop(see the picture). So whether you're a local or just visiting, I cannot recommend this place enough.

  Had a great time at this store. Kids loved it. Staff was super helpful. So many amazing things, from comics, toys, and cards a bit of everything for everyone. So grateful to meet Brad, he is super friendly and gave my shy son knuckles for saying hi since he recognized him from some YouTube videos. Def will be back next time we are in SD.

  Awesome game room, awsome comics and toys and mtg cards galore. I definitely recommend going here with friends and family. They have split bathrooms for men and women. Plenty of places to go and grab food and sit down to have a fun time. As for their Monday night DnD, go there for the people and for the fun. If you plan to volunteer, you're better off doing it for the store credit and for the people, don't expect their coordinator and their team to treat you with any decency. Clearly lacks professionalism. UPDATE: Still an awesome game room, still has a great of variety of toys and comics. H

  Great place. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They game room is large and accommodating. They host MTG, Pokémon and a lot of other games. D&D nights are good as a player. But do NOT volunteer as a Dungeon Master. The event coordinator isn't very good.

  Nerd paradise! (And yeah, I mean nerd in the most affectionate way cause I am one) Great selection of collectibles, especially comic and American toys. Less so for anime and manga stuff, but they still have some. Top notch for the MAGIC and card gamers though. Find your community here!

  Amazing selection, especially for Star wars, gi joe, ninja turtles, and motu. Some really good condition old Battlestar Galactica stuff in there. There's a little bit of everything, but some really shine. If you appreciate vintage action figures, this is like a museum where you can buy stuff. Newer merchandise is fair priced as well, something you don't always find. So sure, you might be able to get that black series star wars figure for cheaper somewhere, but you might need to hit up seven different stores, and the savings you made was wasted on gas.
