  I view this store as a gold standard in how to treat customers, and honesty if something is worth buying/selling/holding. Card collection is a crazy hobby now, and prices fluctuate constantly. If you do some research (which the team there will gladly help you if you ask), and you notice any price differences they are quick to honor and consider. Remember, this is a business so they need to make some kind of profit to keep the employees paid and doors open. Give them a shot.

  Just had one of the best experiences that I have had at a card shop since I was a little kid. This place is awesome and run buy really cool people. They have all kinds of TCG and the worker even was ripping packs with me which made for a fun time and you could tell that they really cared about all the different TCG they have. Other customers were friendly and made me feel at home in their personal local shop which I am now making this a destination I will be back to frequently. They also have bi weekly leagues and it seemed like a fun time. Can't say anything bad at all about this shop at all.

  Love this place for Pokemon! It does a great job of balancing their inventory between collectors and players, and between those new and old to the hobby. I've learned a ton about Pokemon from Charles, who I've both bought from and traded with more than once. He's knowledgeable, a great communicator, and I've seen him educating kids on best card practices numerous times. I've also bought from Claire, who is extremely approachable and is a huge advocate for both the card game and collecting, as she's been in the hobby for many, many years.   Worcester is so lucky to have this store. I’ve only recently been going more but all the owners and staff are flat out great. Super relaxing atmosphere to just go in and look through bulk boxes. Or chat with others. All-ages should feel comfortable and I should mention the prices are great! This place is also fully stocked all the time. When other places are out of stock, TCG has a huge supply. Cannot recommend enough how great this store is. Do not hesitate to check it out.

  10/10 place for any collector. I went there for the first time to trade in Pokémon cards and the guys who run it were so nice and helpful. They give amazing trade rates and are 100% transparent with the value of the cards you bring in, even making suggestions to benefit you over themselves. I will definitely be returning!
