  Wow! I was so happy to find this dragon lair in Peoria...it is literally filled with treasure...one of which is the young man manning the store. I have been away from D&D for way too long and am excited to get back in the game. So many events and such a cool place to play and shop. It's a for sure the gem of the valley.   I’m one of those “watched a bunch of actual plays, now I want to get into D&D… HELP ME!!” guys. Let me tell you, when their website says they’re welcoming to new players, they’re selling themselves short. Not only have they helped me learn about the game, but they’ve made me feel so comfortable and accepted on day 1. The staff, (shout out to Emily, Shane, MaKenna, Sylvia, Sarah, and (I think) Tim) went truly above and beyond.   I can't say enough good things about this business and the employees. Don't even get me started on the ambiance we will be here all night. I have been shopping at Silver Dragon Games for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. I have recently become absolutely OBSESSED with Magic the Gathering (I know late to the party) and had my first real Magic experience at Silver Dragon Games for the Avatar pre release party.   I wish the owner of this shop had more locations. I enjoyed the few times I played commander at this location. They get super busy and walk in space is limited. That's what has prevented me from being able to go more often. The space is honestly the cleanest shop I have been to. I mean I have never had to brush off their tables, ask for them to be wiped nothing they are on point and must wipe the tables when people leave them. Snacks are a good selection. Like that some are a little on the healthy side. Bathroom 10/10. Promise very rare any place gets that from me. I will choose to go home

  Absolutely the best gaming store I have ever been to! The atmosphere is top tier, the staff is incredible, there are events going on pretty much every night, and the gear is of fantastic quality and up to date. As a forever DM who loves to bring gifts for my players, I was able to get minis to match all of their character selections and also picked up a really nice new DM screen for myself as my old one was falling apart. I could live in this store and never get bored! 10/10 recommend, anyone putting less than 5 stars is bonkers. Visiting this store is a must!

  I visited from out of town and I just wish I could relocate Silver Dragon to my hometown. Its an incredible store environment with some amazing art work and vibes. The staff and customer service was extremely and notably good. Many ttrpg stores have associates and leaders who are condescending at worst and and disinterested in helping at best. Everyone on this Team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even to out of staters. Very cool place that I recommend everyone see at least once. Amazing!
