  Pretty great place. Ppl are friendly. They have THE best selection of paints, magnets, basing accessories I've ever seen in a game store. Every time I come up this way I re up my magnet stock and always end up finding something else cool for basing/models. They have a good card selection for all the major games. They have other games. They also have great accessories for card games. They have a large play area. I do wish they had a public restroom. I dropped a few hundred dollars and spent over an hour there and my kid and I had to drive across the street to go take a leak. Otherwise the place

  RIW is sick. It's a huge store with so much stuff. They seem to have things down to a science too. I've been twice to play Magic the gathering on Pauper night and both times were great. Everyone I've met at the store has been so friendly and welcoming. Big fan. Wish I lived closer so I could visit more regularly

  They unfortunatly dont really have anything to do with sports cards, but they have a lot of TCG stuff. 25% value of cash trade ins is hard to stomach though. Its a cool little place with super nice employees and a great vibe, but outside of TCG, i dont see myself in there much.

You clearly didn’t read what I actually wrote, or you chose to ignore it in favor of lashing out like a business owner who can’t take even a shred of criticism. I never claimed to be a professional card grader. In fact, I explicitly said that you prey on people who aren’t professionals — and that’s exactly what you did.   Caught them trying to buy cards back for about 1/15th of their value while advertizing getting 20% more store credit. Trying to offer 0.25 cents on a card they wanted to buy thqt they had for sale for $11.00 in their display. Also, when you use store credit, you don't get the advertized prices, they charge you more.

  I went back and forth about writing this review, but after hearing about similar experiences from others and witnessing behavior in the store firsthand, I felt it was important to share my own experience. I’ve visited this shop several times, and each time there has been someone in the store displaying some sort of toxic behavior. During my most recent visit, I was browsing Pokémon cards to buy as a gift. This seemed to provoke the person behind the counter.   FOR ANY DND PLAYERS OUT THERE READ THIS POST! I'm a huge DND fan and I'm a player and my husband is a DM, both of us are dice goblins and we're always looking around for new dice to acquire. We found this place and holy crap they have quite the assortment of dice! They have some gorgeous sets there that'll have you thinking for a while which sets you want to get. If you're a DM they also have lots of books for DND and monster books. My husband ended up purchasing one of the monster books to add more variety to our DND campaigns.
