  I was blown away by how friendly the customer service was. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with friendly conversation. I asked for some mtg commander deck recs to get for my brother, and I appreciated the honest response! However, I was also encouraged to go with whatever choice I thought was best. In the end, I got the sense that everyone recognized that tabletop games are supposed to be fun, not stressful! Staff is not pushy, and friendly towards female presenting gamers.   Mainly shop Yugioh stuff, came here a year ago and unfortunately, they don't have much of it. Not a bad thing as welp, like the owner says, its not much in demand anymore and the demand isnt as popular as Magic and Pokemon, which is completely reasonable. They do have a good selection at the time that I went in but mainly Pokemon and Magic. Last time I went in they completely didn't have any yugioh product.   Honestly, I've only been here twice and I can say that the time I was here was nice. First time, was an awkward experience, especially not knowing what to expect, and entering a new environment. Second time was definitely a lot better. Asked the person up front if they had pokemon cards, and to my surprise, they had delivered. Right after that, I asked them if me and my friends could play our board games (they were nice about), so friendly and open. Overall, don't feel scare, voice what you need and they will deliver.

  Great service. Had a lot of magic related items. As a person who hasn't played Magic, they helped answer questions to get a grasp of how to play Magic as well as offer beginner lessons to get started. Staff were also welcoming and hours are great place for hanging out and playing with the community. Theres also a lot of snack and food options around the area if you're feeling hungry after or before you hangout. Hope to drop by again and see the community.

  The store has only been open for a few months, but the owners' community focused attitude has allowed the store to develop a great atmosphere. With the friendly community, the more competitive events feel more welcoming to those that may have been discouraged from such events by try hards. Room a plenty for both your casual and competitive players. Open table space for free play for all your more common tcg games and a fun back room for the (currently Thursday) DnD campaign.
