  To the Management at Primetime Games in Gilbert, I am writing to provide some constructive feedback, as your shop has been one of my favorite places to go. For the most part, my experiences have been positive. The owner is great, and staff members like Brandon are knowledgeable, helpful, and make the trading process a pleasure. Your prices are fair, and you offer the most consistent trade-in percentages in the area—this is the primary reason I continue to come back.   I’m updating my review because they changed their name and had a bit of a glow up since I’ve last seen them. It’s an amazing hobby store that local for me. They have a wide selection and every time I got there they always have what I’m looking for. They have in stock the new releases and are a very welcoming and nice store that encourages community. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for warhammer or any of the Star Wars table top games. They also have some board games there as well if you’re more into that.

  Great shop both times I've been here so far. Always have active players and tournaments going on, an awesome selection of cards that are all searchable online and in shop on their computers so you dont have to sift through bulk, and great staff to top it all off, extra shoutout to Brandon for helping me resolve an issue with an order (that was my fault) and taking care of it super quickly and easily!

  Came in for some cards for my daughter, bought a stack of 50 common Pokemon cards and the guy (can’t remember his name, but was very cool) charged me half of what it should have cost. I know they’re $0.25 per card, which I was happy to pay, but that he just offered half off was really cool - love the customer service
