  Extremely friendly, the nicest people you'll ever meet. Great prices and large selection. However, it should be known that they're mainly a mail order facility. It's not the kind of place you can browse. If you do decide to visit their store in person, you should know what you want. The front door is usually kept locked, so you might need to contact them if knocking on the door doesn't work.

  This is one of the best retailers I've purchased from in a long time. I ordered online at potomacdist.com and while their website is a little bit dated, those concerns went right out the door as soon as I saw the prices. Near wholesale prices for bulk sleeves/inners/boxes/other card products. There are pretty much no better deal available anywhere else. I'd challenge anyone to find quality products at the prices they offer. Order -> Picking up was very fast, and if you want to ask them about potential stock/products, they can tell you information about their suppliers and when they can restoc

  Despite some circumstances that left me feeling a little uneasy, it does not matter when the customer communication is on par and they try there best to handle the situation with class and dignity. Even though the purchase may not have gone like I wanted, they did email me back immediately and even at one point called me to make sure everything was good. These guys deserve business and I will recommend them to just about anyone with card purchasing needs.

  Being from out of town I didn’t notice there was no in store shopping. I called to see about making my purchase online for a curbside pickup, which is an option. Greg was very helpful as in he came to the door and took my card and made it a smooth and helpful transaction. Will definitely be shopping here again!

  I've been using Potomac for about 3 years now and have yet to have a bad experience with them. I usually use them to preorder the latest sets for the Final Fantasy TCG and every time I have gotten my preordered product right on time. When ordering sleeves (Which the bulk price is amazing, $85 for 1k sleeves) I've gotten it earlier than anticipated and in wonderful condition. Great to use if you want to sleeve up a cube or pick up preorders for your obscure-ish tcgs.

  Updating review cause of owner response they aren’t open in-store which would’ve been nice to know prior driving back and forth numerous times it would be helpful to have a sign posted on the door. However it does say online they aren’t open in store but I rarely look on people’s websites especially since my main intent was to trade my cards in. Giving it a 3.5 but since I can’t do that I’ll round up and give them a 4.
