  If youre gonna hire someone to do streams on the clock, you should hire someone else to tend to customers. Was excited when i called and they said they had pokemon product. I realized why once I arrived, they charge scalper or just below scalper prices. So much for supporting your LGS. As much as I hate supporting gamestop ill just have to wait in line 2hrs before opening on saturdays

  So I have been a loyal customer to pops trading cards. But unfortunately the quality in their staff has diminished in the past my trade ins we're giving a fair evaluation . And their customer service was outstanding but now that is not the case their employees feel like you can't bother them because they're streaming or act like they don't have the time to look at your trades or show you their collection to choose from i recently called about trading in thousands of dollars of seal product for store credit the person on the phone made me feel like he didn't want to deal with it or be bothered

  This store is amazing. It’s an absolute gem right in the middle of Essex. I walked in with my two kids (5 & 9) to check out a baseball card. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. But then, nearly an hour later, I left with amazing baseball card, some much-needed Cal Ripken Jr. knowledge, and, most importantly, the staff showed my kids the red carpet treatment to the point they even helped them open, protect, and organize their first Pokémon cards. This is gonna be my store. Go O’s!!!
