  My kids love Final Fantasy 14 and Destiny 2 so I ventured in here. Turns out I was coveting their Wakanda Forever wallets. They also had huge sharp swords, Pokémon, KPop posters, Pusheen and Japanese stuff (bento boxes, snacks, plush toys, notebooks); Disney stuff; a few shirts; puzzles; the requisite TY beanie babies; keychains and other things. No Final Fantasy 14 or Destiny 2 things but it was great that when I asked the cashier person knew immediately what was or wasn’t in the store.

  The man didn’t help me whatsoever when I struggled to pay, and said “I have an android” which is foolish because he sits in that store all day watching people pay with their cash app. Poor customer service, I asked for help and he just stood there silently and watched me struggled while trying to pay. It was the long haired man, i genuinely thought it was a woman. He genuinely ruined my day and pissed me off.

  I love Gunpla, and was really excited with their selection. Prices were high, but that wasn't even the problem. As others have pointed out, staff here was just SO rude. I have a loyalty card for spending $150 from the Brandon location, but they wouldn't accept it because "the employee didn't sign it". I told them I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy the 2 items I was holding, as my reason for coming here was to use the card. I was rushed to make a decision and was treated like an idiot for not knowing the card needed to be signed, even though I've never had an issue at the other location. Simpl
