I brought in Pokémon Cards to trade in for in store credit. I looked them up on guardian games and had $237 in value, obviously not what I would get, but had an idea. One card I had was $104 online, and a couple $25 cards and others under $10 to give you an idea. I was offered $65 for instore credit. I was confused because they said that one card would be sold for $95-$100 in their case. So they'd profit the $35 right off the bat on one card, and alllll the other cards were just more profit for them, and I wanted to buy more cards with it, more profit, but that didn't seem fare to me. So I lef

I only recently started going here with friends as I just got into MTG. It’s a quaint little spot with a great selection of precons and singles that are very fairly priced imo. I got my first precon (Explorer’s of the Deep) from here for $40. Other precons were either just below or at MSRP as well. Staff are awesome! Nice to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Love that it’s employee owned. The space is very queer friendly, and is laid out in a way that is accessible for most people who may need to use assistive mobility devices. They have some snacks and drinks too which is nice for game days.

A worked owned shop that has fair prices. Very community based with a great and friendly environment. They sell and buy primarily Magic the Gathering and pokemon TCG. Card accessories, some board games and dice. My favorite part is that the people behind the counter are the same people you play games with, this makes it so you can build relations with the workers. I have gone here many times and will continue to go for buying, selling, and playing Magic the Gathering.

Went there to sell a high value Pokemon card and was able to get a fair price for it. I don't recall the individual that helped me but they seemed very knowledgeable, immediately recognizing the card I had for sale, and seemed to really enjoy helping me. I wasn't forced to accept a 'take it or leave it' offer either. When they offered me less than what I thought was fair, I was able to negotiate for a better price and didn't feel like I was getting ripped off which often happens at some of the smaller retailers that buy MTG and Pokemon cards, especially when it's apparent that you may not know

These people have only ever treat my girlfriend and myself with the most respect and kindness one can hope for. Their new location rocks and really got them away from a less savory part of the neighborhood. They have amazing deals and have cut me a fair price without me even knowing prices have dropped. A+ staff.

While I liked the small game shop, the neighborhood made it hard to justify going there. Unfortunately, I advised my disabled friend to move on the the next stop instead of joining us to check this spot out. I felt incredibly unsafe leaving my car, or walking to the shop. The shop had just experienced a break in the previous day where someone drove their car into the doors to get in. Not really a fault of the shop, but it's a consideration for trying to make the visit.

Well organized, stocked collection of bulk and premium singles, friendly staff, and Enployee-Owned. Wonderful addition to our plethora of game store choice here in the PDX metro.

Had a terrible experience trying to sell cards to this business. This business is not organized enough to know whether they are interested or not in buying stock you offer them. They will tell you that they are interested and have you wait 3 weeks to bring your cards in - only to tell you they are no longer interested. Thanks for waisting my time while I could’ve been exploring actual serious options. Don’t waste your time with this poorly ran unorganized business.
