  Sometimes, you just get that late night craving to play some cards. Luckily, Paradox is open until 2am while all the other card shops in King, Pierce and every county in the state have flipped their "CLOSED" sign by 9pm. They are also registered with tcgplayer so you can browse their singles inventory and send orders in from your phone. Just yesterday I put in an order of 20+ cards before I hopped in the car and my order was ready when I got there. Pretty slick. Their tournament room is pretty big and can accommodate Convention-sized crowds. Multiple entry points allows you to bypass the crowd

  Very friendly staff! Just sold some of my PC I had. Wasn’t high value cards but they gave good numbers and was fun experience. New building is very big, spacious, and clean. Got store credit and was able to walk out with couple new items. My daughter loved the dogs! Thanks !!

  The owner's wife Erika used to be my manager at my old job. The store is great and pays around 25% of retail for cards for cash. I think for store credit they give 50%. For me personally, I have gone there because it is close to my home when I need some cash in a pinch and they have always come through. The store owner and staff are great and they have a good community. After a few visits when you establish trust, they will start giving you a slightly better percentage on cash outs for bigger items.   Paradox is an amazing place. I play Gundam TCG and the community is awesome, down to earth, and always available to help. Staff are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Can't ask for a better place to play games.

  Not kid friendly at all. My son showed up on Wednesday for his first Pokémon battle and was sent away and his feelings hurt. He went to show the owner his battle deck and was told “no, I don’t have time.” This is a kids game and after driving an hour I won’t waste my time or money there. Gabi’s prioritizes children and highly recommend checking them out.
