  Worst day ever at this place. I had a comic book pull this that they decided on their own to dissolve and get rid of. Those were comics myself disabled and my 16 year old son were collecting that we will never be able to see again unless we paid premium prices. Even though last time I came in I made sure they were aware it will probably be a little bit before I can come back because I have disabled and it's hard for me to get around I was told that was fine.   If you're coming over to play games upstairs and go to events, this place is honestly great and I love being part of the community. So why the 2 star review? Key word: pricing. This is a store that absolutely upcharges for their Pokemon products and especially their singles, and anyone who didn't know any better wouldn't give the prices a 2nd glance. For example, I wanted to get a couple of singles and noticed that a card that goes for a single dollar inthe current market was priced at 4 dollars.   Holy mark up. This shop has so many singles and I can see why. I would recommend looking up prices before buying here and getting charged almost double of market. The "gentleman" who helped me also gave me some attitude when I didn't want to buy the cards anymore. Their comic selection is cool and they have a good selection of packs which is why I won't give them a one or no star review but wouldn't come back to this shop.

  Has a wide variety of inventory but the markup is insane on anything TCG. 250%+ markup on boxes still in-print. Customer service is always bad unless you get someone who likes your hobby. Staff members are exactly what you would expect from a store like this.

  Outerplanes has a huge staffing problem that makes this place not welcoming in the slightest. I have already had issues in the past, with one employee telling my wife that he could teach her magic better then I could, and saying to give him a chance. She refuses to go back and I dont blame her, disgusting behavior. I went in for prerelease of lowryn. There was two people staffing the front desk, a girl and I guy. The guy was new and frankly he knew more then the girl did. Guy came in to buy his kid the draft night box. Girl said that she didnt even know what that was and instead should buy Jum

  Wow I'm impressed this place is always stuck pretty good they always have nightly games. The other night we went we are on our way through Santa Rosa and went ahead and stopped at the comic book store the place was locked like it was closed and it was Beyond store hours. But since they had a game going and some event they went ahead and opened the door for us I was so surprised in order to purchase stuff and head home. Thanks guys job well done five stars.
