  These guys are awesome. Excellent customer service. I went in to sell pokemon cards and I know very little about the value of these cards. The employees were awesome explaining everything to me and I definitely got fair value for the cards I sold. I will definitely go back there when I decide to sell more. Excellent customer service!

  Literally the only reason I'm not leaving 1 star is because of friendly staff. To get straight to the point, this is a scalper shop. I understand that they have to make money but 80% above market and 200% above msrp is absolutely insane. The market of a Destined Rivals booster bundle was at $50 and I could even find it cheaper on marketplace. Thought I'd stop into Mox Valley real quick just to see what they were selling it for. I was shocked to see it for $90! Asked the employee just to make sure I was seeing it right and they confirmed $90 as if that's normal. Prices like that are absolutely

  Incredible space for gaming! I’ve played many tournaments here, bought cards and recently they’ve started offering warhammer products which is also a plus. Staff is very personable and helpful, always been pleased with their responsiveness. I would love an option from them to preorder a list of singles of mtg cards to pickup that’s easier than a third party website but that’s a minor quibble.

  Excellent costumer service, and great atmosphere in the store. I came in to sell some Pokémon cards, not really sure what I was doing, and the employees behind the counter were beyond helpful. Answered all my questions and kept engaged while also looking over the cards. They priced and even showed me current listings of what the cards were going for. The whole transaction took about 20~25 minutes with the 10 card limit, but with good conversation and cool cards on display, it felt like 5 minutes. Thanks again!

  This is a great game shop. Very unique things and they have game nights where they have competition cars nights. Great selection of D&D dice, campaign books, and other stuff. When it comes to cards, they have magic, Disney lorcana, Pokemon, and the only place I found that sells one piece booster packs. The Pokemon selection is great and they have hard to find single packs (even if they are high in price). They also have singles for sale in the case from near mint to lightly played. They have all kinds of collectibles and are worth a special trip.

  Super friendly and accommodating. I stumbled through in the middle of a huge MTG tournament just wanting to look through bulk MTG cards. They made room for me and I was able to spend the afternoon watching the tournament and sifting through bulk. At the end of it, they were able to help me find a lot of singles, and at reasonable prices, too. Will definitely be back.

  We went in there for the first time to get some cards. They quickly pushed us to their card kiosk machine without any instructions and their machine didn’t find the cards that we wanted. We felt we were given bad service and left soon after. Go to addictive behaviors instead. They’ll actually help you.
